Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at contact@adoredly.com.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at contact@adoredly.com for the return address.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
